Application and Admission (Regular Class)

   1. Submit or send the following by the registraion deadline.(see' The Regular Class Schedule')
      - The completed application form with one picture.
      - A copy of your passport
      - The tuition fees
   2. Take the placement
   3. Depending to the result of the placement test,
      the student will be assigned to the level that best fits his or her needs.

Registration (Individual Class & Visiting Lecture)
   · Submit the completed application form, a copy of your passport and the tuition fees.
   · Class schedule, length and contents may be arranged flexibly.
   · Classes may be rescheduled if we are notified at least a day in advance.
   · You may register at anytime.

Withdrawal of Registration
   ·Prior to the beginning of the term, 100% of the tuition are refunded.
   ·During the first week of the term, only 50% of the tuition are refunded.
   ·After the first week of the term, the tuition cannot be refunded.
   ·The application fee cannot be refunded at anytime.

Additional Information
   ·During the first week of the term, the schedule or the level may be
       changed with the permission of the teacher.
   ·There is a minimum enrollment of 4 students per class.

Payment of Tuition Fees

      1) The fees may be paid directly at the institute.
      2) The fees may be sent through the bank on-line system.
